Laboratory Operations & Quality Assurance	Manage diagnostic labs and ensure compliance with ISO 15189:2022 standards. Implement quality control procedures for accurate test results. Streamline laboratory processes for efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance	Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Conduct audits and ensure adherence to biosafety standards.
Equipment & Supply Management	Monitor reagent stocks and manage supply chains. Ensure laboratory equipment is maintained and operational.
Financial & Business Performance	Enhance revenue-generating services. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize budgets.
Staff Development	Supervise and train laboratory technicians. Foster a safety-conscious culture within the team.

Requirement	Details
Education	Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science + Management Education
Experience	Over 5 years in multi-site laboratory management, operations, and ISO/CAP accreditation
Skills	Financial management, workflow optimization, laboratory quality assurance
Certifications	Certifications in lab management and quality assurance preferred
