Exquisite Solution Limited is looking for a talented KPI & Performance Engineer to work for a customer in the oil and gas industry The job is mostly about keeping an eye on assessing and improving the safety and efficiency of industrial assets

Main Duties

• Keep an eye on and look at production statistics to find patterns and areas that need to be improved
• Come up with ways to improve the performance of your equipment and the amount of work it does
• Work with the operations maintenance and engineering teams to fix problems
• Do root cause studies on performance problems and take steps to fix them
• Write technical reports and give the results to management
• Help programs that keep assets safe and reliable
• Look into and suggest new tools or technology that will make operations more efficient
• Make sure that safety and environmental rules are followed
• Set and keep track of KPIs for performance goals
• Help make processes better and more efficient

Requirements and Qualifications

• Qualification: A bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering mechanical engineering chemical engineering or a related subject
• Experience: At least three years of working in oil and gas operations or engineering
• Skills: Good at speaking and writing professional English (speaking Chinese well is a plus)
• Good at analyzing facts and coming up with solutions
• Skilled at using software for monitoring production and analyzing data
• Great at talking to and getting along with other people
• Good knowledge of health safety and environmental norms in the oil and gas industry
• Able to work with people from other fields in teams
