Exquisite Solution Limited is looking for an experienced Lifting Specialist to use the finest techniques from across the world in rigging and lifting operations 

The job entails giving expert advice, training staff, making lift plans, checking the skills of equipment and workers, and making sure that all lifting activities on the site are safe and efficient

Main Duties

• Make sure that all site operations follow all lifting protocols and requirements
• Be the main expert on the safety and technical parts of lifting activities in the region you are in charge of
• Plan, review, and oversee all lifting activities, both important and non-critical, including how they are done and how they are done
• Make, review, and revise lift plans that include engineering drawings and calculations
• Check that the people who are lifting things are skilled and find out what training they need to keep operations running smoothly
• Make sure that the lifting and transport equipment is chosen, inspected, and kept in good operating order so that it is safe to use
• Make sure that routine inspections and maintenance are done on time and that all rules and requirements are followed
• Set up a system that works for documenting, reporting, and dealing with risks, such as post-lift reviews and steps to fix problems

Requirements and Qualifications

Skills:
A lot of understanding about lifting equipment, how to examine it, and how to handle it
Know about international standards like BS, LOLER, and NORSOK
You need to have worked in the oil and gas business before
Certifications for checking wire ropes, cranes, forklifts, hoists, and winches
A positive attitude, solid communication skills, and a focus on working with others
