Additional Education | Master’s degree in Human Resources or a specialized certification (preferred) |
Experience | 2-4 years in HR, employee engagement, internal communications, or organizational development |
Specialized Experience | Experience in organizational culture or change programs (preferred) |
Communication | Excellent communication and coordination skills |
Technical Skills | Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HR systems or survey tools |
Performance Management | Understanding of performance management and its link to organizational culture |
Analytical Skills | Ability to track and report on multiple activities with a focus on detail and analysis |
Personal Attributes | People-centered, creative, collaborative, and able to lead small group sessions |
