| Specialized Experience | Experience in organizational culture or change programs (preferred) |
| Communication | Excellent communication and coordination skills |
| Technical Skills | Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HR systems or survey tools |
| Performance Management | Understanding of performance management and its link to organizational culture |
| Analytical Skills | Ability to track and report on multiple activities with a focus on detail and analysis |
| Personal Attributes | People-centered, creative, collaborative, and able to lead small group sessions |
