Technical Capabilities	Proficient in HVAC electrical and instrumentation knowledge Familiar with QA/QC for oil field site construction and certification activities per ISO 17065 Able to verify Quality Plans Inspection Testing Plans and reports
Other Essentials	Valid driving license (mandatory for travel to inspection sites) Strong writing skills and ability to work in an international context Awareness of safety responsibilities for people and equipment

What a QMS Surveyor Does

Your primary function would be to monitor the quality of activities during installation and commissioning Key responsibilities include:

Project Oversight: Having a global overview of the project's progress and the certification scheme
Planning & Reporting: Defining monitoring activities writing Verification & Control Activity Reports (VCARs) and preparing monthly progress reports
Team & Quality Management: Qualifying inspectors tracking their activities and validating all inspection reports before they are sent to the Project Manager
Compliance: Managing H3SE (Health Safety Security and Environment) topics and ensuring all non-conformities are resolved
