What it is
Exquisite Solution Limited is looking for a talented SACCO Administrator to run and build a Savings and Credit Cooperative (SACCO). The job demands good financial management skills knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a dedication to helping members save and borrow money in the most effective ways possible
Main Duties
- Take care of the day-to-day activities of the SACCO such as collecting funds processing loans and helping members
- Keep proper records of your finances and make reports every month quarter and year
- Keep an eye on loan payments repayments and the performance of member accounts
- Make sure that SACCO rules regulations and laws are followed
- Help with internal and external audits by keeping the right records and controls
- Use Microsoft Excel to look at report on and make dashboards for financial data
- Build good relationships with members to make them happier and encourage more people to join
Requirements and Qualifications
- Qualification: A bachelor's degree in finance microfinance or a similar discipline
- Experience: You need to have worked in finance microfinance or SACCO/cooperative management for at least two years
- Skills: Ability to use Microsoft Excel well (formulas pivot tables and financial reporting)
- Previous experience with SACCO (very helpful)
- Good at talking to people analyzing things and organizing things
- Strong morals and a promise to be open and honest
