Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Task	Description
Machine Operation	Responsible for starting up and stopping equipment. Assist with the production line in factories. Perform changeover of machines if required. Run a twin pack machine.
Machine Maintenance	Keep the machine clean and perform weekly care with the maintenance team. Lubricate the machine and maintain records of lubrication. Scrape waste material (glue, oil, film) from machines.
Material Handling	Load and unload boxes and shrink film glue in machines.
Quality Control and Data Recording	Ensure conformance to specifications. Mark parts for identification. Read and interpret gauges. Record data such as film weight, glue consumption, and machine counter.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

Requirement	Description
Education	A minimum of a diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any relevant discipline.
Experience	A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in a busy environment.
Key Requirements	Familiarity with carbonated soft drinks and/or water treatment plant. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. Ability to work independently and carry out assignments within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
