Role Summary

The Branch Supervisor will oversee daily branch operations and lead a high-performing team to achieve targets in loans savings and customer satisfaction This role is ideal for a strong leader with a sales background and a passion for driving financial inclusion

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Performance Management

Drive daily sales activities to achieve branch targets for loans and savings
Lead customer acquisition retention and referral initiatives
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports

Team Leadership and Supervision

Supervise and mentor Field Officers and branch staff to ensure high productivity and morale
Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment

Operational Oversight

Oversee loan appraisals disbursements and recovery processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
Ensure branch operations adhere to organizational policies regulatory standards and quality benchmarks

Customer Service Excellence

Maintain high standards of customer service and address client inquiries or issues promptly
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
