Exquisite Solution Limited is looking for a Business Development Executive to help the company grow by finding new business possibilities creating relationships with clients and marketing HR and business development outsourcing (BDO) services
Main Duties
- Find and go after new business prospects to grow the number of clients
- Make and keep connections with important decision-makers and potential clients
- Tell potential partners about your recruiting HR and BDO services
- Do market research to help you choose the right clients to target
- Write and give ideas pitches and presentations
- Work with other teams in the company to make sure that services are delivered successfully
- Be the main point of contact between clients and outsourced BDO teams
- Keep an eye on sales and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements and Qualifications
- Qualification: A bachelor's degree or higher in business marketing communications or a related subject
- Experience: At least two years of working in business development sales or managing client relationships
- Skills: A strong desire to solve problems and reach goals
- Has shown that they can help junior team members learn
- Experience with projects in other countries or with a wide range of clients (a plus)
- Knowing how sales pipelines work how to get leads and how to work with other businesses
- Knowledge of CRM systems developing proposals and selling solutions
- Able to work with people from different departments and outside groups
