Key Responsibilities

ResponsibilityDescription
Customer InteractionRespond to customer and staff questions by phone, email, SMS, and live chat quickly and professionally.
Product EducationTeach current and potential customers about Mogo's products and services, making sure to explain the features and benefits clearly.
Sales & PaymentsTake part in sales activities over the phone and help customers collect and process payments.
Issue ResolutionHelp customers with their problems, especially those with tracker functionality, by giving them clear instructions and solutions.
DocumentationKeep accurate records of every interaction with a customer in the communication database and update them as needed.
TeamworkTake part in team meetings, give your thoughts, and help make customer service tactics better overall.

Qualifications and Skills

CategoryRequirements
EducationA bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited university.
ExperienceAt least three months of experience in a customer service or call center job.
Technical SkillsVery good at using computer programs and CRM software.
Soft SkillsVery good at talking and writing. Ability to do more than one thing at once, perform well under stress, and be cheerful and proactive. Showed a strong work ethic and excellent integrity.
