Summary of the Job

KCB Bank Uganda is looking for a Corporate Relationship Manager that is strategic and focused on results to build and maintain partnerships in the Financial Institutions sector.

The job is mostly about helping the company expand, managing important customer portfolios, and pushing digital banking technologies to improve service and meet company goals.

Responsibilities, Duties, and Roles

Increase the company's deposit book according to the company's goals and ALCO rules
Give specialized sector knowledge, governance, and training on the Financial Institutions Sector
Keep an eye on how well customers are doing by regularly reviewing their work and visiting them
Lead the planning process for the account and the RFP process
Send the Regional FI Desk regular reports on how things are doing
Take the initiative to build, grow, and keep a portfolio of business clients
Make sure that the assigned portfolio has a high rate of digital migration
Help branches work together and help them with sales activations and lead creation
Do any additional formal tasks that management gives you

Requirements, Education, and Skills

A bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline is essential
Having professional certifications is a plus
Having a master's degree in a business-related subject is a plus

Experience

At least eight years of experience in banking operations, business development, and managing relationships
