Responsibilities, Duties, and Roles

• Increase the company's deposit book according to the company's goals and ALCO rules
• Give specialized sector knowledge, governance, and training on the Financial Institutions Sector
• Keep an eye on how well customers are doing by regularly reviewing their work and visiting them
• Lead the planning process for the account and the RFP process
• Send the Regional FI Desk regular reports on how things are doing
• Take the initiative to build, grow, and keep a portfolio of business clients
• Make sure that the assigned portfolio has a high rate of digital migration
• Help branches work together and help them with sales activations and lead creation
• Do any additional formal tasks that management gives you

Requirements, Education, and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline is essential
• Having professional certifications is a plus
• Having a master's degree in a business-related subject is a plus

Experience

• At least eight years of experience in banking operations, business development, and managing relationships
