Main Responsibilities

• Promote and market the Bank's loan and asset products, as well as new accounts, on a regular basis
• Find ways to make sales and get to know potential clients to help the Bank get more customers
• Meet and go above and above the Bank's individual sales goals
• Follow all of dfcu Bank's rules, policies, and operational guidelines to the letter
• Keep accurate records of sales conversions and interactions with customers
• Give the Team Leader or any other person in charge at dfcu Bank regular updates, explanations, and activity reports
• Fully cooperate with internal stakeholders when they ask for information or explanation
• Do any extra tasks, projects, or special assignments that the Bank may provide you that are appropriate for your skills
• When you are given a task to do alongside other DSRs or sales teams, work together
• Be willing to move around in roles or tasks at dfcu Bank that fit your skills and expertise

• Ability to find business opportunities in market data and give suggestions that will bring value
• Great communication and people abilities
• A team player who can lead and work with little or no supervision
• Business sense
• Mature attitude when dealing with outside parties
