Office Management and Administration | Make sure that clients, vendors, and guests feel welcome and professional in the office. Take care of incoming calls, emails, and questions, and send them to the right departments. Take care of the office's supplies, equipment, and building upkeep. Keep an organized filing system for client records, invoices, and other paperwork. |
Relationships with Clients and Stakeholders | Be the first person high-profile clients, distributors, and partners talk to. Deal with consumer complaints or issues in a professional way and, if required, pass them on to someone else. Plan and organize client meetings, tastings, and events so that everything goes smoothly. Keep good ties with important customers and suppliers. |
Operational Support | Work with the sales and logistics departments to help with processing orders, sending out invoices, and keeping track of inventories. Set up appointments for salespeople and executives. Write reports about what happens in the front office, what customers say, and problems with the business. |
Team Leadership | Teach and guide front office staff on corporate rules, how to treat customers well, and information that is relevant to the industry. Give team members feedback and do performance reviews. |
Requirement | Description |
---|---|
Education | A bachelor's degree in an area linked to marketing, business administration, leisure and hospitality, or something similar. |
Experience | At least three years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food, beverage, or FMCG industry. |
Skills & Competencies | Good at leading and managing teams. The ability to build and keep relationships with important people, such as merchants, distributors, and other partners. Great talents in talking, negotiating, and giving presentations. Knowledge of CRM software, social media, and digital marketing. Willingness to travel for sales meetings, conferences, and other events. Able to lead and mentor a team that does well. The ability to look at sales patterns and marketing indicators to find ways to improve performance. Knowledgeable about how to negotiate contracts and negotiations with clients and partners. Ability to come up with new ideas for campaigns and ways to promote them. |
