Job Summary:
The BondRich Advisory Group is looking for an HR Information Systems Officer to keep the HR database accurate and safe while also helping with all HR tasks, such as hiring, payroll, and performance monitoring.

Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Be the main system administrator for HRIS
- Make sure that all HR data is accurate, secure, and complete
- Make both standard and custom reports for HR metrics and analytics.
- Fix problems with the system and help users.
- Teach HR personnel and employees how to use the system.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and testing.
- Make HR procedures more efficient by automating and optimizing them.
- Keep track of user accounts, degrees of access, and security settings.
- Talk to software companies for help with technical issues.
- Help with HR tasks including hiring and payroll
Education, skills, and qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, computer science, or a related discipline
- 2–3 years of experience in HRIS administration or a related job
- A good grasp of HR data and processes
- Good in managing databases and using MS Excel
- Knowledge of pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and reporting tools
- An analytical mind and the ability to solve problems.
- The ability to keep private information private.
- Ability to do system administrative work well
- Great in talking to people and teaching them
