Job Summary

The Senior Sales and Marketing Executive at BondRich Advisory Group will drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the Manufacturing and FMCG sectors, working closely with a leading client in these industries.

Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients in the Manufacturing and FMCG sectors proactively
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory/accounts to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients by understanding their strategic challenges and positioning advisory solutions effectively
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Manufacturing and FMCG to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with other teams to support sales initiatives
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecasts accurately using the CRM solution

Qualifications, Education, and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of proven sales and marketing experience, with significant experience in Manufacturing and/or FMCG sectors
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, production processes, and key market dynamics in Manufacturing and FMCG
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a proactive, hunter mindset, capable of working independently
