What it is

Exquisite Solution Limited is looking for a customer Relationship Manager with a lot of expertise in HSE management to work with a customer in the manufacturing business 

The job requires both great customer service skills and knowledge of health safety and environmental management to make sure that services are delivered rules are followed and customers are happy

Important Duties

• Use your HSE knowledge to make sure that rules are followed and risks are reduced
• Work with other teams in the company to make sure that services meet client needs and HSE standards
• Keep an eye on workers to make sure they follow safety rules and do a good job
• Keep an eye on how happy clients are and deal with problems right away
• Help make and carry out HSE policies and procedures
• Write reports and other paperwork for HSE compliance and working with clients
• Help clients and internal and outsourced teams talk to each other
• Find ways to improve the quality of service and help the firm expand

Requirements and Qualifications

• Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher in an area linked to occupational health and safety environmental science business management or a similar field
• Experience: At least 5 years of HSE management experience in a factory or industrial context
• Skills: Good at managing client relationships and providing excellent service
• Has shown that they can lead or mentor teams
• Having worked with a variety of client portfolios or on multinational projects (a plus)
• A good awareness of how to follow safety rules identify risks and follow the law
• Knowledge of CRM technologies how to deliver services and how to make reports
• Great skills in communicating working together and managing stakeholders
