Job Summary:
The Telesales Agent will help Mogo's sales increase by making calls to potential clients, marketing the company's financial solutions, and turning leads into sales. To reach individual and team sales goals, this job involves great communication skills, the ability to persuade others, and a focus on the consumer.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make calls to potential clients to introduce and promote Mogo's financial products
- Clearly describe the features, benefits, and terms of the products in a way that meets the needs of each customer
- Answer questions from potential customers and turn leads into sales.
- Follow up with warm leads and keep a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the ERP system.
- Give great customer service by properly answering questions and concerns.
- To make sure customers are happy and come back, build solid ties with them.
- Always meet or beat the sales goals for yourself and your team.
- Get the key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales performance.
- Follow the rules, policies, and processes of the company and the law.
- Deal with client complaints and come up with good solutions.
- Stay up to date on the latest developments in your field and product expertise.
- Attend team meetings and sales training.
- Give feedback on what customers want and what's going on in the market.
- Help team members reach their shared sales goals
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in sales or customer service
- Knowledge of customer relationship management processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and fulfill goals; ability to solve problems and handle objections; ability to listen actively and show empathy; resilience and persistence;
- How to act professionally on the phone
- High school diploma or the same thing; further sales training or certification (helpful)
- Knowledge of financial products is a plus.
