The Regional Team Lead will provide technical support, leadership, and direct oversight to ensure the effective implementation of HIV/TB and related health services in their assigned region.
This managerial role involves overseeing program design, workplan development, and activity monitoring, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and donor requirements .
The Lead will supervise regional staff and sub-partners, provide capacity building, ensure data-driven decision-making, and contribute substantially to donor reporting. A key function is to engage proactively with regional stakeholders, government counterparts, and implementing partners to strengthen collaboration, address challenges, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, integrated health services The Lead is responsible for the performance and results of the project within their designated region, making this a critical role for achieving project targets

| Education | A Master’s degree (or international equivalent) in Public Health, Global Health, Epidemiology, Clinical Medicine, Human Development, or a related field Project Management training is an added advantage |
| Experience | A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in HIV and other health program implementation in Uganda Direct experience with PEPFAR-supported programs and working for NGOs or international organizations is essential Documented experience providing HIV technical assistance to government and partner organizations is required Program development and program management experience is preferred |
